If you insist on using your own provider who is yet to be endorsed by RoofPolice however you'd also prefer to maximise your peace of mind, you have the option to engage our project management service.
For the greater added fee of either $575 or 5% of the cost of your project, we'll oversee the project step by step providing a project report prior to you paying the outstanding balance of your project.
Upon engagement of your own provider we'll reach out to them to explain our involvement outlining our expectations and our process. If your provider feels threatened and prefers not to proceed it's because they were planning to misrepresent their services.
Upon completion of your project we'll complete an inspection of services provided and the quality of workmanship before you pay the balance of your project which can be contentious due to our strict guidelines
If there are ongoing problems following the completion of your project we will mediate a warranty rectification however please know that due to your provider not being endorsed by RoofPolice our options are limited if they dishonour their warranty.
